Pricing & overages
This page covers what you pay Skyforge for your subscription. It’s completely separate from the money your customers pay you — Skyforge takes no cut of your client sales (see Payment setup).

- Customers is how many client accounts you can have at once.
- Team members is how many staff logins your workspace includes (the admin counts as one).
- Storage is how much you keep stored; egress is how much gets downloaded.
- Annual plans are billed yearly at a 15% discount versus monthly.
What counts toward limits
- Customers and team members are hard limits — you’re blocked from adding past your plan’s cap until you upgrade or remove some.
- Storage and egress are metered — going over doesn’t block you; the excess is billed as overage (below).
Overages
If you use more storage or egress than your plan includes, the extra is billed at:
| Resource | Rate |
|---|---|
| Storage | $0.06 / GB / month |
| Egress (downloads) | $0.36 / GB |
How it works:
- Storage is measured as a daily average over the billing period (the same way cloud providers bill), so briefly spiking and then deleting doesn’t cost a full month.
- Egress accrues as customers download files.
- Both feed a single running overage balance — there’s no separate storage vs. egress bill. Overage is collected at renewal (and mid-cycle if the balance gets large).
Add-ons
- Custom domain — $3.99/month ($3.39/month annual). See Custom domains.
Choosing a plan
- Pick the tier whose customer / team caps fit how you work — those are the hard limits.
- Don’t over-buy storage/egress: overage exists so you only pay for what you actually exceed.
- Switching plans is easy and prorated — see Account & billing FAQ for how upgrades, downgrades, and monthly↔annual changes work.
